Tradewind Charters takes you deep into the remote waters of Papua New Guinea, exploring reefs, islands, and rivers few travellers ever reach. Papua New Guinea is a land of lush rainforests, rugged mountains, and rich cultural traditions. Covering the eastern half of New Guinea and more than 600 surrounding islands, it’s one of the South Pacific’s last untouched destinations, teeming with unique wildlife, incredible coral reefs, and traditional villages preserving century-old customs.
With Tradewind Charters, you can experience these remote islands like few ever do. The Solomon Islands are a hidden gem in the South Pacific, made up of over 900 islands stretching across crystal clear waters just east of Papua New Guinea. Lush rainforests, volcanic peaks, and traditional Melanesian villages create a landscape of raw beauty, while breathtaking coral reefs and abundant marine life make it a paradise for surfing, snorkelling, diving, and exploration.
Bougainville, 2,500 km northeast of Brisbane, is one of the South Pacific’s most secluded destinations. Mountains, dense rainforests, and white sandy beaches create a stunning landscape, rich with World War II history. Along its shores, colourful coral reefs overflow with marine life, while inland, remote villages showcase traditional Melanesian culture. For explorers seeking adventure, solitude, and breathtaking natural beauty, Bougainville is everything you dreamed of.
